At GASPER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its unused, original state.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
